Event Cancellation Policy

We take the Covid-19 situation seriously and understand that it has a direct impact on the outlets, consumers and us as the organiser.
The evolving situation due to the pandemic likely leads to questions about what happens if an event gets cancelled or postponed.
If any of the above happens, there will be an announcement on our official platform of such cancellation or postponement. We will also send you an email informing you of the next steps. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours after the announcement, please contact us immediately.
If an event is cancelled – You will be entitled to a refund.
If an event has been postponed or rescheduled – We will be in touch with the new date.
If you don’t turn up or can’t make it to the event – All tickets and items sold are not refundable.
